The majority of appointments are scheduled during regular office hours. However, in order to reduce time spent away from school and work, we will also be offering a select number of evening appointments.
We understand that life has its way of throwing twists and turns into our plans. While we try to be reasonable about cancellations and missed appointments, Yellow Kite does have a cancellation policy that clients should be aware of.
